A brief that asks the right questions

Every project starts with a design questionnaire: what the release or event is, the look and feel, colors to use or avoid, the exact text, and who approves. Clients upload reference images and logos right into their answers, and their progress saves as they type.

  • Change the questions for one project, or save your own templates.
  • When the client sends it, you get every answer by email and as a PDF.

Feedback pinned to the artwork

Post mood boards, ideas and proofs in rounds. Your client clicks the spot they mean and types: "the moon a little lower" lands right on the moon. You reply under the comment, and when they're happy they press Approve, or Request changes.

Comments arrive as one tidy email once someone has finished, not one email per note.

Good to know

Do my clients need an account?

No. They get an email with a link to their project and sign in with that email address, no password. It works in any modern browser and keeps them signed in on that device.

What can clients upload?

Images, PDFs, logos, text documents and more, up to 100 MB per file and as many files as they need. No zipping.

Can I comment on PDFs too?

Yes. Proofs can be images or PDFs, and pins stay on the right page.

Can my designer work in it with me?

Yes. Add your designers to your studio's team; everyone on the team sees every project.
